However short of time you are, it will be best to find the time to cook a decent meal for your children. They may not want to eat the healthy option, and it may seem easier to just heat up the fryer, but in the long run, fresh and healthy is much better.
1. Breakfast Cereal.
Getting children up can be difficult, and by the time they are downstairs it may seem there is only time for a bowl of cold cereal. The problem is that there is going to be little in the way of nutrition in most of them, and they will be full of sugar and additives. Many now even include chocolate, which can’t be a good way to start the day. The sugar can lead to diabetes and they wont be getting the things they need that will stop them feeling hungry leading up to lunchtime.
