Robert Downey Jr has been named as the highest paid actor for the second year in a row, with $75 million in earnings. That shows he really is the Iron Man of the Hollywood. Robert Downey Jr. plays the character of Tony Stark in Marvel’s Iron Man and Avengers franchises, where Stark is a billionaire, a philanthropist and a superhero. The actor started to resemble his character from the movie, minus the flying suit. For the entire Marvel franchise, Robert Downey Jr. has become indispensable due to his portrayal of Iron Man, a central Marvel character, and one that fans simply adore.
In the second place, Dwayne Johnson also known as The Rock had a good year too, bringing in an estimated $52 million in earnings. The Rock made most of his money off of the Fast & Furious series, as well as his upcoming blockbuster Hercules, coming out this summer. Considering that Dwayne Johnson made $46 million up until the same period last year, it seems the actor is doing better and better financially. This will likely stay good for the Fast and Furious star, as he’s currently working on the newest installment in the Fast & Furious franchise, alongside Michele Rodriguez, Jason Statham and Jordana Brewster. Coming up next and on the third place in the list is Bradley Cooper with an estimated $46 million fortune. Bradley Cooper made his earnings mostly from The Hangover franchise, but let’s not forget about American Hustle, which pulled $251 million at the box office.
Leonardo DiCaprio is the fourth on the list, earning an estimated $39 million with movies like The Wolf of Wall Street and The Great Gatsby. In fifth place we have the actor behind Thor, Chris Hemsworth, withe arnings of about $37 million, mostly from Thor and the Avengers movie.
