Manchester City and Chelsea fans get Android keyboards in club colors

Manchester City and Chelsea fans can now rejoice, because they will have the option of installing a branded keyboard on their Android phones. The Manchester City and Chelsea FC official keyboards don’t only color fans’ keyboards in club colors, but add exclusive functions they can use. The keyboards act as notification centers and their autocorrect and word suggestions engines also tie into club fans’ vocabulary, suggesting player names and more.

The official Manchester City and Chelsea keyboards are available for free on the Google Play Store, but developers are planning to release these keyboards for iOS, too in the near future. The Manchester City official keyboard brings club colors to the theme of the keyboard and modifies the appearance of it according to what the team is currently doing. Consequently, users will be able to see whether the team is playing at home or away and show news reports about the team’s activities. The same goes for the Chelsea FC official keyboard, too. So if you’re a football fan who would like to show their support everywhere possible, these apps are for you.

Fans will be able to use the Manchester City and Chelsea keyboards across all their Android apps on their phone or tablet, so they can use club-specific suggestions and be in touch with recent news about their favorite teams. The application will also add club-related news feeds to the home screen via various feeds you can choose from. Pini Zahavi is behind the Manchester City and Chelsea keyboards and wants fans to be able to use the keyboards to show their support as well as enjoy their favorite team’s updates and colors on their smart devices. We don’t have an exact release date for the iOS Manchester City and Chelsea keyboards, but we expect those to come out in the app store before the end of the year.
